Mr. DeVille practiced law for 40 years with emphasis fluctuating on realestate, secured transactions, banking and corporate practice. He was aDirector of the Board of Tempo Real Estate Corporation since 1966. Tempo and its subsidiaries own and manage 1,750 apartments in Fulton,DeKalb, Gwinnett and Cherokee County, Georgia. 3 shopping centersthroughout Georgia and owns Advanced Auto, Office Depot, DollarGeneral, Burger King, McDonald’s, Rite Aid and Walgreens Drug stores inOhio, Alabama, Florida, Texas, Arizona, and Georgia.
Mr.DeVille is the Chairman of the Board and CEO of Capital South FinancialServices, Inc. (since 1993), a private lender of asset based financingand private capital company. He was a Director and General Counsel forSouthern National Bank which merged into NCNB National Bank andeventually became part of Bank of America and a Director and GeneralCounsel for Cobb American Bank and Trust Company which became RiversideBank and recently merged into Bank of North Georgia. Michael Blonder, Executive Vice President Prior to joining Tempo, Mr. Blonder served as President and CEO of the Focus Group of companies and was instrumental in guiding the company's Property Management development, and Construction activities. Mr. Blonder worked for BFB Construction Company, Inc., Royal Developers, Inc. and Tempo Management. Over the last three decades he has been involved in over 40 multi-family projects comprising over 12,000 apartments and condominium units throughout the South East. Mr. Blonder is actively involved in the multi-family industry. He served as President of the in 2000, and President of the Georgia Apartment Association in 2002. He also served as a member of the Board of Directors of the Georgia Apartment Association and Atlanta Apartment Association for 10 years. Patti Smith, Chief Financial Officer
Ms.Smith is in charge of the day-to-day financial operations of Tempo RealEstate. She also handles acquisition underwriting and oversees HRfunctions. Prior to joining Tempo Real Estate, Ms. Smith was SeniorAcquisitions Analyst for Lane Strategic Investment, LLC, a subsidiaryof the Lane Companies. During her tenure there she acquired over $140million in multi-family assets with an emphasis on value-add andreposition opportunities. Previously, she worked for ButtonwoodInvestment Services, LLC, providing analysis and review of third-partydebt and equity offerings for broker-dealer firms across the U.S. While at Buttonwood, Ms. Smith reviewed over $1 billion in realestate, REITs, oil & gas, and venture capital offerings;specializing in commercial real estate and multi-family offerings withall types of investment structures. Prior to Buttonwood, Ms. Smith wasSenior Acquisitions Analyst and Acquisitions Manager for SagebrushRealty Holdings, LLC, a Denver-based 1031 sponsor. At Sagebrush, sheacquired over $170 million in multi-family properties and createdpolicies & procedures and training programs for the expandingAcquisitions department. Ms. Smith holds a B.S. from Colorado StateUniversity and is currently a candidate in the Chartered FinancialAnalyst program.
Diane Ashcraft, Regional Vice President Ms. Ashcraft, oversees the operation of Tempo Properties in Atlanta, GA, a full-service real estate management company. Her responsibilities include directing operations and profitability; With over twenty five years of real estate management experience with some of the top firms in the industry in multi-family housing. Prior to joining Tempo Ms. Ashcraft served as Investment Manager with Pinnacle AMS in the Eastern Region. In this capacity she oversaw the day-to-day operations of properties in Georgia and Tennessee. Previously she worked as District Manager for CLK Multifamily Management Company in GA, TN & AL. Prior to CLK Multifamily Management, Ms. Ashcraft was the new home sales specialist with Brayson Homes, an Atlanta based and family owned builder. And prior to Brayson Homes, she worked with Wesley Apartment Homes in Atlanta, GA as Senior Area Manager where she oversaw the operation of 12 communities and development lease-ups of 4,500 units under development and construction. Ms. Ashcraft has worked with other National Companies such as Equity Residential, Trammel Crow, Related Management, and Insignia Management Group. She attended Dyersburg State Community College and holds a GA Real Estate License and numerous IREM accreditations.

Regina Richardson, Human Resources Specialist /Staff Accountant
Ms. Richardson holds a BS degree in Business Administration /specializing in accounting from DeVry Institute. Ms. Richardson oversees Tempo Real Estate’s Human Resources Functions; including the administration of hiring, retention, termination, personnel records, compensation and benefits. Additionally, Ms. Richardson processes the payroll for all Tempo employees and staff, and also performs various accounting functions within the Accounting department. Ms. Richardson brings over 17 years of combined HR and Accounting experience to the company. |
